The Junior Scholarship Examination results will be published today at noon.
The results will be formally handed over to Education Minister A N M Ehsanul Haque Milon at 1:00 PM. Following this, the results will be officially announced at the conference room of the Ministry of Education.
According to official sources, a total of 45,200 students will receive scholarships this year. Scholarships will be awarded under two categories: Talent Pool and General. The allocation will be distributed proportionally based on education boards. Additionally, specific quotas have been set at the upazila (sub-district) level for both Talent Pool and General categories. Scholarships will be awarded to eligible students in accordance with the established policy guidelines.
How to Check the Junior Scholarship Resul
Students will be able to check their results in two ways:
1. Online Method
Visit the official website of the Directorate of Primary Education at Directorate of Primary Education (dpe.gov.bd).
Click on the “Scholarship Result” option and enter your Roll Number and Year 2026 to view the result.
2. SMS Method
Go to the message option on your mobile phone and type:
Board Name Roll Number 2026
Then send the message to 16222.
You will receive your result in a reply SMS.
Examination Overview
The Junior Scholarship Examination began nationwide on December 28 last year. The exams were held from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with approximately 350,000 students participating. The examination was conducted across 611 centers throughout the country.
- December 28 – Bangla
- December 29 – English
- December 30 – Mathematics
The examinations scheduled for December 31 (Science and Bangladesh & Global Studies) were postponed due to the death of former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia. The postponed exams were later held on January 6 this year.
