DMC COURSE AT IBA, DU

The 4th Year Honors Exam of National University will be held on 5th March 2018 . A press release regarding this has been issued by National University Public Relation's office. According to the press release the exam will be started from March 5, 2018 and end on April 22, 2018. Every day the exam will start from 1.30 PM . The Admission Test of Undergraduate program  of Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (#CUET) will be held on 1st November 2017 ( Wednsday). 

Today 16th July in this regard a meeting chaired by Vice Chancellor Dr. Mohammed Rafiqul Alam organized and decided the date for the admission test.

HSC Result 2017 Publish date 23rd July

HSC Result 2017 :

Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent exams 2017 result  will be published on July 23, says the education ministry. HSC exam result 2017 will be published on 23 July 2017 by www.educationboardresults.gov.bd. Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and its equivalent examinations started on 3rd April  this year across the country.

About 1.2 million students 8,533 educational institutions under eight boards of education are appearing HSC exams for 2017. The Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent exams have started in 2,452 centres in Bangladesh. 

This year 6.54 lakh are male students and 5.65 lakh are female #students take part in the exam. HSC Exams are being also held at 7 (seven) centres abroad, where 262 students are taking the exams.

How many Students attended in HSC Exam 2017?

• Total amount of attended students: 12,18,628
• Number of attendant boys: 6,54,114
• Number of attendant girls: 5,64,514

How to get HSC Exam Result 2017 by mobile SMS?

HSC and equivalents candidates can get their result easily through SMS. To get HSC Result 2017 in mobile SMS, first go to Mobile message option and type –

HSC/Alim first three letters of Board name Roll no 2017 then send to 16222

For Examples: For HSC Result 2017 – Type HSC RAJ 496596 2017

They will have to send an SMS to 16222 with text ‘HSC’ followed by a space then first 3 letters of the respective education board then another space then roll number followed by space again then ‘2017’.

For example: hsc dha 123256 2017 and send to 16222.

Madrasa students will have to write ‘Alim’ and ‘Mad’ instead of ‘HSC’ and respective board’s first three letters. The rest of the process is same.

For Alim Result 2017- Type Alim MAD 527869 2017 send to 16222

For vocational results, students will have to write ‘Tec’ instead of the board’s name. The rest of the process is same.

GAS CONSUMPTION'S CALCULATION

In every Industries Boiler, and Generator are an essential utility machinery. Due to low price of Natural Gas (NG) the industrialists want to use Natural Gas in Boiler and Generator as their primary fuel. The consumption cost of this Natural Gas (NG)  is a very focusing issue to the industrialists. They always aware of the total cost involvement for the consumption's of fuel for operating Boiler and Generator. 

So, Engineers responsible for utility management are  also concern about the Gas consumption's of these utilities. It is known that boiler is required for producing steam and steam is one of the vital things in manufacturing and process industries. The steam distributing system  required many components like  pipes, fittings, valves, traps, regulating valves, and many more things. Right materials and proper planing of designing a quality steam distributing system will minimize the cost of producing steam. But do you know How to calculate your Boiler and Gas Generator Gas Consumption?

Calculation Methodology for GAS consumption's in Boiler:

To calculate the boiler Gas Consumption we need some idea about Boiler Horse Power (BHP), British Thermal Unit (BTU) , ton /per hour to lbs/per hour conversion and the present volumetric (cubic meter) price of natural gas. If you know the conversion's  factor of the tph to lbs/hr , BHP to BTU/hr, btu to  cft (NG) then it will be easy to calculate the actual costing of the Natural gas consumption's of your Boiler ( 100 percent efficiency consideration).   

Calculation Methodology for GAS consumption's in Generator :

To calculate the Generator Gas consumption's the conversion factor of  KW to W , j/sec to BTU/sec, BTU to cft (for Natural gas) is required. If you get to know all these conversion factor then it will be very easy to calculate the Gas consumption's of your generator. 

In Bangladesh gas price is different for captive power and utility power.
